Maintenance of your Takeuchi Track Loader is of paramount importance in keeping it running for many years with no serious issues.
Overview of service intervals on Takeuchi Track Loaders:
Tip: Never mix brands of oil, if a new brand is to be introduced, drain and replace completely.
Engine Oil: Diesel Engine Oil CJ-4 or CK-4 – SAE 10W-30
Service Interval at 50 hours initially, then every 500 hours thereafter, if oil is noticeably dirty at each service, increase frequency to lengthen engine life.
Hydraulic Oil: Diesel Engine Oil API: CD, CE or CF class – SAE 10W-30
Service Interval check every 1000 hours, replace fluid every 4000 hours and clean suction strainer
Coolant System for Engine: SAE-J814C or J1034 mixed with 50% soft water (not well water or river water)
Service Interval check every 1000 hours for fill level, replace every 2000 hours
