Safe Onsite Equipment Service

This is a difficult time for our families and businesses. We understand the need to be careful and also to continue to provide excellent service so that your work can continue. With this in mind, we will do the following to make you comfortable with continuing to have us service your equipment during this crisis.

  1. Disinfectant cleaning of equipment serviced
  2. Zero personal contact with technician
  3. Outdoor service (parking lot)
  4. Free equipment transportation to our shop as needed

In our efforts to promote safety, we have instituted internal procedures such as: encouraging associates to work from home to reduce contact when possible, thorough daily cleaning of surfaces often touched at all ACT locations, careful guidance to individuals feeling ill to consult a doctor as soon as possible.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic response, many local governments are issuing “stay at home” orders with exceptions only being made for “essential businesses”— generally being defined as those industries and types of work whose incapacitation or destruction would have a debilitating effect on security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination thereof.

Likewise, Atlantic Coast Toyotalift has been identified by our own local governing authorities in NC, SC, and VA as “essential business” because of our critical role in providing parts and service to keep equipment running smoothly, minimizing further disruptions in supply chains providing vital products and industries.

As a result of these “essential business” classifications, we are able to continue servicing your equipment onsite as normal, or in accordance with any adjusted protocols your organization may have put in place due to the crisis.

As always, Atlantic Coast Toyotalift is committed to helping you and all of our customers carry the load. Please do not hesitate to let us know how we can best service your equipment and serve you during the COVID-19 pandemic.
